Mark Williams has dedicated his life to sport and exercise. He had an amateur Boxing career that spanned 7 years, he made an England Training camp, won numerous area titles and grew up learning how to manage his weight whilst manufacturing superb exercise techniques, he really has practised what he preaches.
He then went onto Martial Arts where he studied Lau ga Kung Fu for over 2 years. He was offered the chance to work as a fitness model when 21 and started a career of modelling and acting that was to last for some 12 years until he opted to move into his first love of football by setting out a career in coaching young people after falling out of love with the game when his own career was ended by persistent injuries. He now holds the UEFA B coaching badge and Youth Coaches badge.
He started working in the fitness industry by teaching people to box. He then did Premier Fitness Training, Personal Training, Optimum & Sports Nutrition and Health Appraisal and Fitness Assessment courses before setting out to work in his own gym. He has also worked as a Personal Trainer in South Africa and The USA.
His model/actor career was extensive, working on many occasions for magazines such as Mens Health where he was even fortunate to feature on the cover! The highlight of His football career saw him score a hat-trick at St Andrews in a charity match. One of the highlights of his life was meeting his idol Muhammad Ali in Louisville.
Mark has worked with an extensive array of clients from actors and models to professional sports people, pregnant mums and even retired clients, proving that you are never too old to get fit!
He is now based in London and is currently educating many clients as to how to attain their goals. He sees every client as the ultimate challenge as everyone is different and everyone has different targets. Mark really does set his goals with you and the good news is, that even when you feel like quitting, he won’t let you and he’ll urge you over that finishing line.
